Visitor registration

We take the safety of our community very seriously. That is why we will be adding additional procedures to increase campus safety.

We will be implementing a new system called Passport for registering visitors into our academic building. Starting tomorrow, December 12, all visitors who enter the secured portion of the main academic building will need to register at the front desk by scanning a QR code and having an ID sticker printed that must be worn at all times.

The secured portion of the academic building include the areas that are not in the main lobby, 1st floor conference room, and 1st floor restrooms. Visitors will need to register at the main lobby from 7:45-16:45. In the future, visitors accessing any building on campus would need to register in Passport.

Examples of visitors who need to register:

  • Visitors to the library or library volunteers.
  • Guests attending a scheduled school tour.
  • Parents meeting with teachers or principals.
  • Parents attending classroom events.
