Four steps of enrollment
We have a rolling admissions policy and accept applications for new students throughout the year except for quarter 4. First, please complete the application form below.
We’ll ask to see supporting documents for both you and your child. These might include passports and visas, vaccination cards, medical history, and/or a previous school report with test data.
For ECC applicants, we will schedule a readiness interview for your child with the classroom teacher. If your child is applying for Grade 1 and up, we’ll schedule an English assessment test in areas of listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The English assessment test may be conducted in person or online.
Once the application process is complete, we’ll notify you about our decision to accept your application, decline it, or to place your child’s name on the waiting list. If your child is accepted, we’ll ask you to pay the enrollment deposit and to get ready to start school.
Students need to turn the corresponding age for the grade they are applying by September 30 of the year they enroll. For example, students entering EC3 must have turned three-years-old by September 30 of the year they enroll; students entering Grade 1 must have turned six-years-old by September 30 of the year they enroll.
We do not discriminate on the basis of gender, religion, race or ethnic origin in our admissions or in any school programs.
Thanks for your application. Someone from our admissions team will contact you shortly.
