PARENT WORKSHOP: EMOTIONAL RESILIENCE IN CHILDREN

From adjusting to the pandemic to beginning new classes, there are experiences in the lives of our children in which they may need guidance and care. Emotional resilience is one’s ability to adapt to these potentially stressful situations. How can parents better help our children manage stress and feelings of uncertainty? This workshop will discuss tips parents can use to help enhance your child’s emotional resilience.

The workshop is Tuesday, September 27, from 2-3 PM.

Please contact Sandra Carpenter at sandra.carpenter@wyischina.com with any questions.

RULES FOR VISITING CAMPUS

To meet requirements for both epidemic prevention and general safety, we ask you to follow the rules below when you visit our campus.

  1. Parents are not allowed to visit the classroom or library.
  2. In order to avoid your child losing time in the classroom, please avoid unnecessary travel as much as possible.
  3. Guests who come to campus must register first at the front desk and receive a visitor's tag.
  4. If you drive to school, please enter through the south gate nearest the French school. That gate is open for one-way traffic. All cars must enter the south entrance (near the French school) and exit through the north gate nearest the WYIS building.

If you have questions, please contact our Operations Director, Jessie Guo (jessie.guo@wyischina.com).
