SAVE THE DATE: PRINCIPAL'S TEA
On Monday, March 28, we've scheduled our Principal's Tea, a time of connection and sharing among school leadership and our parents. At the Tea, we'll focus on highlights from this year and let you know what's in store for next year. Our principals will share next year's staffing and structure, new programs and developments for 2022/2023 (including campus improvements), our education philosophy, and other information. The Tea will be on Monday, March 28 at a local hotel; exact time and location to be announced soon. Please save the date and plan to join us.

Q4 AFTER-SCHOOL ACTIVITIES
After-school activities (ASAs) for Quarter 4 ASAs are open for registration on PowerSchool. Read more about our ASAs here.
We have had recent COVID restrictions regarding visitors on campus, but this does not affect the operation of our ASAs. All our students, staff, and outside coaches have had recent negative COVID tests, so after-school activities are continuing as usual.
Cancellations? In the event we must cancel an activity, which happens from time to time for reasons beyond our control, Ms. Xiong will email parents and the school will inform PTO language groups as soon as possible. If you do not hear that your child's activity has been cancelled, rest assured the activity will meet as usual.
Planned absense or tardy? If your child will be absent from or late for their after-school activity, please email the activity leaders and/or Ms. Xiong.
If you have questions, please contact After-School Activities Coordinator, Susie Xiong (susie.xiong@wyischina.com
