Planting and harvesting on the Rooftop Garden
Our ECC + Elementary students have been learning what it takes to grow vegetables from seeds. Over the past few months, students worked together to prepare the soil, plant the seeds, water the plants, harvest the veggies and wash the final produce. This is a great opportunity for students to understand the processes necessary for fresh ingredients.
