The music department is excited to announce the upcoming concert Christmas with the Buffaloes. All Secondary students in both Band and Choir will showcase various music pieces they have worked on during the first semester. The concert will be in the Performing Arts Building auditorium on Friday, December 1 at 19:00. We hope that you can attend this festive occasion with all the friends and family members of Wuhan Yangtze.

Admissions staff from the University of British Columbia will be at our school on Friday, December 1 from 14:35-15:20 in the first floor conference room. Representatives will be providing information about the college and answering your questions.

Our high school drama students are proud to present an adaptation of Mozart’s The Magic Flute in the form of a one-act play on Friday, December 8. The show is from 18:00-19:30 in the PAB Auditorium. The show will also feature musical performances by Wuhan Yangtze faculty and students during intermission. Come and enjoy this playful, magical performance!

École française internationale de Wuhan (EFIW) will be hosting a fundraiser on campus on Saturday, December 9. This is a charitable event in support of the French Muscular Dystrophy Association which aims at curing neuromuscular diseases.

From 16:00-18:00, various fun activities will be available for children. Parents can purchase a game card onsite for their child (75rmb) to participate in the games. Additionally, dinner will be provided by Modena Hotel (reservation is required) shortly afterwards. The price is 150rmb for adults and 100rmb for children. To reserve your spot, please fill out this online form before Tuesday, December 5.

From 18:00-21:00, there will be a concert and additional family-friendly games in the cafeteria.

武汉法国外籍人员子女学校 (EFIW) 将于 12 月 9 日（星期六）在我们校园内举办一场筹款活动，为支持法国肌肉萎缩症协会致力于对患有神经肌肉疾病患者的治疗和研究。

从下午4点到晚上6点，EFIW会为孩子们提供各种有趣的活动。 家长可以现场为孩子购买游戏卡（75元）参与游戏。 活动结束后，沌口名致服务公寓将提供晚餐 （需提前预订）。 价格为成人150元每位，儿童100元每位。如果您想预订晚餐席位，请在 12 月 5 日（星期二）之前填写此在线表格。

Please be aware that our school café opens at 7:45 am. In the morning, students are not allowed to make purchases at the café without a parent present.

Considering the limited space in the lobby, we request parents to send their children to line up for entry into the school after purchasing an item. Afterwards parents are welcome to stay in the café.

Additionally, in the afternoon, students must be accompanied by an adult when in the main lobby. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is appreciated.

We have observed a rise in sickness among the students, and our primary concern is to ensure the well-being of every child in our school community. To prevent the further spread of infections, we kindly request your cooperation in following the guidelines outlined below:

Monitor your child’s health
Please keep your child at home if they exhibit any of the following symptoms:

• Fever
• Feeling unwell
• Cough and colds
• Body ache

Report illnesses
If your child is unwell, it is crucial to report their sickness to the school promptly. This helps us to monitor and take necessary actions to prevent the spread of illness.
