Secondary musical
Wuhan Yangtze International School proudly presents our Secondary spring musical, Tuck Everlasting! Please join us on February 28 and March 1 for a journey into a heartwarming story about friendship, love and immortality. Tickets are free and may be picked up from the main lobby on school days on February 24-28 from 13:00 to 16:15. This show is performed in English by WYIS students.

Read-A-Thon
'Tis the season for reading! Students from grades 1-12 are encouraged to participate in this year's Read-A-Thon challenge from Monday, February 24 through Monday, March 10. During this time, our after school hours for the library will increase to 16:30 every day except Tuesday.
This year's theme is poetry and plays. Poetry includes not only regular poems, but also stories in verse and rhyming stories. Participants will set a series of reading goals. The more poetry and plays they read, the more prizes they can earn. They could even compete for medals and a trophy! Ms. Carter will post more information in Canvas.
Questions? Please email Ms. Carter and Mrs. Tang at library@wyischina.com, or come by the library.

ECC Outdoor Learning Area
A friendly reminder to ECC and Elementary students that the Outdoor Learning Area in front of the ECC classrooms is reserved for teachers to set up activities for the next day. We kindly ask that you refrain from moving items in the outdoor area, and to use the Elementary playground for after-school play. Also, please remember that parents need to supervise their children after dismissal.

Reports from our winter MAP testing for Grades 1-5 are now available in "DocBox" on PowerSchool. Please log in to PowerSchool to view your child's report.
If you have questions about accessing the report, please contact Jojo Xiao at jojo.xiao@wyischina.com.
