We will be offering a meeting for parents of Grade 12 students tomorrow, January 11 from 14:00-15:30 in the first floor conference room. Join us as we discuss important topics regarding your child's senior year as well as preparations for graduation.

Wuhan Yangtze International School will be hosting the VEX IQ Robotics Tournament on January 12-13, 2024 in the gymnasium. The event will feature 30 teams from top international schools across China. Everyone is invited to come and watch this exciting event. Whether you're a student, parent, teacher, or simply interested in robotics, mark your calendar for January 12-13. We will begin winter MAP (Measures of Academic Progress) testing next week. We conduct MAP tests regularly throughout the year, which allows us to track students’ growth each time they test.

January 15-19: Grades 3 and 5
January 22-26: Grades 2 and 4
January 29-February 2: EC5 and Grade 1

Student Council will be hosting a Spirit Day each month as an opportunity for Wuhan Yangtze students and staff to show school spirit by coming to school dressed according to a specific theme. The theme for this month is Pajama Day. Students and staff are encouraged to stay comfy by wearing their pajamas to school on Wednesday, January 17.

Note:

• Pajamas must be school-appropriate.
• Students may choose not to dress in a theme for the day, but they must still wear their school or PE uniforms.

学生会每月都会选择一天作为“主题服装日”，为学校学生和教职员工提供一个机会，让他们按照特定主题穿着到校来展示学校精神。本月的主题日是1月17日（星期三），主题是“睡衣日”。我们鼓励学生在当天穿着睡衣到校。
